#photography - Nordic band performing

A Nordic band played a few songs in Palais de Festival / Cannes. I don't remember if the guy on behind the computer is member of the band or just a visitor.

For this is a Nordic band I wanted to make the picture look cold. I achieved this by

1. using HDR
2. unsharp mask
3. putting a cyan filter over the picture

I think of coldness and endless ice and midnight sun when thinking of Scandinavia.

Recording studios have changed in the last years. Nvertheless there are a few tips to keep in mind when you start recording.

Keep in mind, that you can improve the sound when mixing, but the better the source the better the result. You cannot turn a bad noisy sound recording to a wow sounding radio tune.
