#Film: Avoid Stress When Shooting

Stress is the greatest enemy for your solo filmmaker. Whether it's a wedding, a music video, or maybe a passion project you create alone, nothing can cripple your workflow more than an onslaught of stress. Obviously, this really is not to say that if you've been by using a large team a person stress-free – you wouldn't. But with a group, there are people you'll be able to draw from for support, then there's always extra number of hands when you need it.
A lot of the stressors during a task start as small things which can easily be managed. It's not as if your solo shooter will probably be rigging up a Condor. Most likely, it's something of the inability to obtain the key or tool necessary to remove the camera rig so it can fit with a gimbal.
There are many steps I now follow when I'm filming by myself. Sure, they can be commonsense tips, but it is any type of advice you won't really think about until you end up in an especially stressful situation.
