A PERFECT CIRCLE's MAYNARD JAMES KEENAN Talks 'Misery' Of #Songwriting

According to The Pulse Of Radio, TOOL and A PERFECT CIRCLE frontman Maynard James Keenan printed how he communicated with A PERFECT CIRCLE guitarist Billy Howerdel creatively whilst making their new album, "Eat The Elephant". Keenan defined to Kerrang!: "We have not carried out an album in 14 years. He used to be probable wondering things were going to go the way they used to, and I used to be going to respond to sounds the way I used to. We definitely had to come up with a new language for each other."



Asked how he tells Howerdel if a song's not working for him, Keenan responded: "There's no other way to do it other than to be straight and truthful and deal with that week of misery. There's no different way to go about it. Like, 'I'm no longer hearing what you are hearing, sorry.' But the true news is that we would not be standing here if I did not hear it in other things, so that section you simply have to determine out how to let it go."

Howerdel stated that making a report is usually stressful, remarking: "It's difficult not to get bodily worn down from it. When you get to that region the place you are now not sleeping, and you can barely assume straight, this is when you go, 'God, did I want to push it that hard? Or was once it necessary?'"

"Eat The Elephant" is set for release on April 20 and will be the first series of A PERFECT CIRCLE studio recordings on the grounds that the 2004 covers LP, "eMOTive".

A PERFECT CIRCLE's first respectable single from the new album used to be "The Doomed", whilst the band has additionally previewed music like "Feathers" and "Talk Talk" live.
