Report: The Value of Coordinated Multichannel Marketing for Mid-Market Retailers
The Relevancy Group conducted the following research in the Spring of 2015 and focused on marketing organizations classified as mid between one hundred and a thousand people and operate exclusively in the United States. The findings highlight that email marketing remains the most effective channel in delivering revenue to multichannel marketers, but that connected marketing organizations that effectively leverage cross channel data can drive over twice the return of those that do not. Email effectiveness remains strong, but the connected marketing organization fuels real growth.
