ViennaCC Launched Music Video with Las Vegas Story

Austrian Bohemian ViennaCC uploaded a music video to the song "Baby Give Me One More Chance" on YouTube, a song from the latest album "Going Out For Summer". The song is about fun in Las Vegas. At the end of the video there is a secret message.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Vienna / Austria - Sep 25, 2012 -
The Austrian music & video producer ViennaCC uploaded a music video titled "Baby Give Me One More Chance" on YouTube, a song from the latest album "Going Out For Summer."

The song is about a trip to Las Vegas. He wrote a letter to the mayor that Vegas needs a casino-hotel Vienna with waltz and violins, with Strauss, Mozart, Beethoven and Sissi. He never received a reply, maybe the letter gone lost.

ViennaCC: "The story happened when I was in Las Vegas. I gambled. First I won, but with a final bid I lost all my money. I said to the croupier: Baby, give me one more chance! Then I moved to a bar where I chatted up a lady. When I whispered some crazy words into her ear, too crazy for her, she wanted to move. I said: Baby, give me one more chance! Finally, we were together in my room and had a lot of fun. Too much fun it seemed, and I finished up too fast. I said again: Baby, give me one more chance! Every verse is a story leading to the same message in the refrain. All verses together are a bigger story. Is it a tragedy or comedy? I don't know."

ViennaCC has a cooperation with two video companies whose footages he uses in the music video. But there also uses pictures he took when he visited Las Vegas.

In the music video "Baby Give Me One More Chance" ViennaCC acts on a stage with pictures from Las Vegas behind him. But the story is told in wads of smoke right of the singer. At the end there is a message saying "Las Vegas needs a casino Vienna."

ViennaCC: "I hope this will make some investors start financing a casino Vienna in Las Vegas. Vienna is unique in the world. It is the city of Mozart, Beethoven and more famous musicians. And the Viennese lifestyle is less stressful than anywhere else in the world. Even Billy Joel sang in his song Vienna: Slow down, you crazy child."

ViennaCC is producing music videos for his own songs as well as interviews and videos for Austrian bands for OKTO, a local TV-channel in Vienna. ViennaCC actually has 70,000 followers on twitter and 3.7mio page views on myspace.

ViennaCC played in bands with various genres, from hardrock to dance music. ViennaCC's goal is short and melodious songs, with a kick of 60s style, but with modern sounds and sound effects. Musical roots are beat, pop and indierock. ViennaCC's goal to record songs that sound like the Beatles would sound today.

ViennaCC lives in Vienna, Austria, a bohemian lifestyle enjoying music and video production. ViennaCC: "I loathe stress. A waltz in my mind, but a rock guitar in my hand."

ViennaCC was 2x nominated for a New Music Award in Hollywood, and awarded a medal by the International Society of Photographers.

Save Time When Writing Press Releases

Not all small businesses can afford the expense of hiring an outside writer to create professional press releases. Even some that could, would prefer to keep expenses down and create their own press releases. If your business plans to send out several press releases a month there are simple tips that can be used to save time on the process and understand what information should be included so they look just as goods as those created by professionals.

1. Read:
Their are dozens of books and online Web sites that detail step-by-step how press releases should be written and what information to include. To make sure your press release is targeted, look for Web sites that provide information specific to your industry. Libraries offer a free resource for researching the correct format and information to include on your press release.

2. Create a template:
Though the information in each press release sent out by your business will change, there are likely to be areas that will always be the same. The business name and logo is unlikely to change. Company address, Web site, email, fax and contact information for the person who can answer additional questions is also likely to remain consistent. The words "Press Release" should also be included every time. This information can then be typed into a word processor and saved as a standard template for each press release written.

3. Use samples:
Look at examples of effective press releases and use them as inspiration. A style of writing that keeps you reading until the end and headlines that grab your attention offer great insight into what makes a press release successful. Read press releases from newspapers and publications your business wants to be published in. This will assist you in understanding what the journalist is looking for when deciding which deciding which press releases too feature.

4. Go online:
Sending press releases by snail mail has its benefits. Media outlets receive far more by emails and faxes so your press release might get a little extra mileage. Though sending press releases in the mail should not be discontinued, focus on online exposure too get your press release in front of larger potential audience. When sending out press releases by mail for the first time take a little extra time to pre-address and add stamps to several envelopes for each of the publications you use. When sending out additional press releases to these publications in the coming weeks you only have to stuff and seal the envelopes.

5. Don't forget the basics!:
When your press release covers all the necessary information you don't just save time but you save the journalist time as well. A press release that has grammatical errors, weird spacing problems and unreadable fonts are not likely to be published. Journalist review a large number of press releases daily, the ones that get published are those that require no edits, or very few. An adequate press release is more likely to be published that an interesting and exciting release that does not follow the correct format.

My life is a movie. Daily going through the director's cut and decide what to cut out of memories. No stress to finish up.

You may do a good job and nobody mentions. But one mistake ensures you to be spotlighted.

Math is interesting and not so hard to understand. I made it to infinitesimal calculus. That's my level. And that's enough for songwriting.

PR: Clean up your image – Using images as content

Ideas For Your Press Release

When it comes to quickly getting your message across, a picture really is worth a thousand words. The rise of social networks that focus on images—such as Instagram, Pinterest, and Tumblr—present plenty of visual marketing opportunities to savvy businesses. There are opportunities on Facebook and Twitter, as well. Often, the best way to engage your Facebook network is to post a photo that your friends will comment on. Businesses should operate the same way.

Here are three questions to ask yourself when incorporating images into your big picture marketing strategy:
  1. Which visual medium is right for my brand?
It's important to understand the differences between the various visual social networks out there. There's no better way to figure out which is the best choice for your brand than to spend some time on Pinterest, Instagram, Tumblr, etc. This will allow you to see what each network has to offer and help you decide which networks not to join, which is just as important. Are you a jet-setting business consultant? Tumblr or Instagram might be a better way to post both your whereabouts and day-to-day observations. If you operate a retail business or brick-and-mortar establishment, Pinterest may be more your style.
  2. What does my brand offer visually?
Before you come to the conclusion that your brand doesn't have anything to offer visually, think outside of the box. Even if you're not a fashion boutique, art gallery, interior decorator, or wedding planner, your brand can still have a meaningful presence on networks like Pinterest, Instagram, and Tumblr. Just like other social networks, these give you a chance to develop your brand's personality, so be creative and have fun! Take a look at this article on unlikely industries that have leveraged Pinterest for some ideas and inspiration.
  3. What about infographics?
Infographics convey information in a visually stimulating way, allowing you to give more meaning to the data you are sharing. They're a great tool for increasing your brand's reach on social media. By finding, tweeting, and posting relevant infographics to your company's Facebook page, you can draw more visitors and comments.

If you have the time and the talent, creating an infographic is another option – and one that can win you some serious credibility in the thought leadership department. Some tips to keep in mind: make sure the data you're sharing is timely and relevant, and try to tie it into a bigger trend.

Images and visual brand strategy are just another piece of your big picture marketing strategy. Make sure any images associated with your brand relate back to your overall marketing goals. That said, don't be afraid to have fun! The more compelling your photos, images, or graphics, the more likely they are to bring you more site visitors, and as a result, more business.

Bands & Musicians What Videos to Promote

You not necessarily need a big budget to produce a music video. I work with a small camera (1000 Euro) and sometimes add shots with my small photo camera (500Euro), where I can record FullHD-videos (1920x1080) as well. Postproduction is made with Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects. That'S why I blog and tweet After Effects infos I hope that are useful for bands and musicians. I try to be creative and avoid standard videos like "band playing a song in a practice room". I try too add ideas to make it more interesting.

What videos are interesting for upload?

  • Live concert - the usual thing with band on stage and the crowd putting hands in the air.

I did it with the band Propella. It was shot with my photo camera in FullHD (1920x1080). No big equipment.
  • Story oriented music video like "Thriller" by Michael Jackson. Musicians are actors, the stroy happens on a filmset with scenery.

I did that in the video "Rosenkrieg" by N.I.C. with Sarah Martin singing. The song is about divorce.

  • Interviews and docu about a song or a story happened to the band like buying a guitar showing the shop and the tryout of some guitars. Or say something about songwriting or soloing on guitar. "How it happened".

I made a docu about my song "Baby Give Me One More Chance"

  • Behind the scenes in the practice room or while recording a song like the recording of "Sympathy for the devil" by the Rolling Stones. Or cut scenes from recording various versions of a song together to a final video with the final song version to show how the band was working on the song. Or simply let the band play and do something interesting with the video.

I did that with the band Drawn Daggers where I simply shot the band in their practice room, but the video looks like putting one photo after another on the table. The band said, they play a little 60s-style, so I tried to add a little "Starclub"-feeling (Beatles 1961, you remember?)

  • Show on strange place where the band performs in the streets, in a dungeon or any other strange place.
  • Video press kit about the new album, new tour or something you would submit to press.
  • Invite your fans to remix or cover your song
  • Animating and commenting with YouTube's free tools

Example: I used subtitles at the interview with John Hatton recorded in a hotel room in Cologne / Germany on his tour with Brian Setzer. To show it in Austria I wanted to have a german translation in the video.
  • Show pictures of the band as a photo slide show and play a song or all songs of the album. This is a low budget solution, but better than nothing.

Patience is the Key to Press Release Submissions

It takes a lot to run a business, including strategizing, creativity and patience. Yet so many businesses think they can just sit down for five minutes locate a press release template fill in some standard information and go on. The problem with that type of thinking is hundreds of other companies are already using this strategy and it is not working for them either. However, that is their problem! Leave the bad press releases for your competition and you can help ensure that your press releases will get you the attention you deserve.

Press releases can be submitted to more than newspapers and magazines, take a little time to research local places where your press release is likely to get attention. Beyond major daily newspapers in your area, business specific publications and local publications designed specifically for a particular interest should be considered. Web sites that cater to your industry are also great places to send press releases, as are blogs and online magazines and webzines.

Save time when submitting press releases by creating a list of publications that you are interested in sending your press releases too. Adding in the contact information of the editor, and creating on a spreadsheet can help you keep organized. This can also be helpful if you decide to outsource the writing of your business press releases to a local writer who specializes in creating press releases.

Patience is the key to getting attention with your press releases. Though the first few press releases may get a little attention, longevity and consistency will help a publication become more familiar with what your company offers and as your brand becomes noticeable, a press release is more likely to get used.

Increase the chances of your press release getting the attention you want by using online press release wires, they offer access to a larger group of journalist. By putting your press release online, it can also get indexed by search engines offering an unlimited source of advertising for your business. An individual searching for a product or service online that comes across your press release is more likely to follow the link and check out your site.

Once your company has written a press release and published it online, hold on to it. Press releases can be added to press and electronic media kits to offer more information about your business; they can also be added to your Web site. By having press releases on your site, current clients can review your business accomplishments, gain more information about your services and take your company more seriously.

Sunrise In The East

The song is about awaking from a dream in the morning when I am confused and still hanging back in the dream which fades away.Der Song beschreibt das Erwachen am Morgen, wo man sich nur langsam aus dem Traum löst. Doch die aufgehende Sonne weckt erbarmungslos.
Sunrise In The East
Received a e-mail from my love
Don't think that's enough
Received a long distance call
My, oh, my, and that is all?
Received a fax overnight
Says, I love you in black and white
I dreamed last night I saw your face
Veiled by impenetrable fog and haze

I heard a voice and somebody spoke
I had your name on my lips when I awoke
I only tried to catch a smile at least
Sunrise in the east!
Einghüllt in undurchdringlichen Nebel

Ich hörte ein Stimme und jemand sprach
Ich hatte Deinen Namen auf den Lippen beim Erwachen
Ich möchte nur noch ein Lächeln erhaschen
Sonnenaufgang im Osten!
